Traditional stone detached house for 5+ at Bankfoot, near Perth, with excellent views to the south-west. Sleeping 5+ people, the house has a double bedroom, a double or twin bedroom, and a single bedroom which could, with a squeeze, be used with either a twin or double bed. The double and the twin-or-double bedrooms both have their own wash-basin. There is one bathroom, with a shower over the bath, and there is a separate shower and a loo downstairs. Downstairs there is a small but well equipped kitchen, large utility room which also has exercise equipment and a shower, dining room, lounge with a log fire, loo and conservatory. Upstairs are three bedrooms and the bathroom. There is a secluded garden and a garage. The house offered is our home, not a holiday house, but this year is available to let for the periods shown. Bankfoot, (population c1,000) is 8 miles north of Perth. It has excellent access to the Highlands, to Scotland's major cities, and to some of its best golf and fishing and to good cycling. There is a convenience store in the village for day-to-day shopping. Weekly rental £700 but reductions will be available for stays of longer than two weeks. Single rentals for a whole period i.e. about 2½  months for the first period i.e. up to July and about 1½ months for the second period i.e. after August, would be welcome and the rental would be negotiated on a different basis.
