Please note that from January 2013 all property advertisements (paper-based, web-based etc.) require the owner / landlord to provide EPC information - our systems are set up to enable this, and provide the facility to upload EPC summary details or the complete EPC report - see our Info Sheet re EPCs for more details as we understand them to be.

Although our advertising website is principally for private landlords, we are happy to advertise the services of a small number of letting agents in each area - from £25 - £75 per month - please enquire.

If you place an advert, we aim to have this online within 48 hours, usually within 24 hours.

Adverts remain online for 6 weeks (single continuous advert) unless cancelled prior to this by the advertiser.

We recommend that you seek professional advice before entering into any contract regarding property advertised for let.
